Retired Senior Executive FBI Special Agent

In 2006, Deb retired as the FBI’s Deputy Assistant Director of the Criminal Investigative Division and former Agent in charge of the Minneapolis FBI.   Her 27 years with the FBI were spent investigating and managing criminal and terrorist, investigations in multiple offices.  Since retirement her international contacts have taken her to places such Austria, Finland, Peru and Tajikistan to promote leadership for women in public service. Deb and Patti Weber formed Pierce-Weber Partnership in 2010 to provide presentations about their experiences in FBI and the CIA and to support women in public service. Patti passed away unexpectedly in August, 2018. Deb kept the Pierce-Weber business name in Patti’s memory and continues to speak to groups about the FBI and the CIA. She includes some of Patti’s favorite stories about the CIA – which may or may not be true.
