Formed in 1967, North Oaks Guild II has been fundraising for CHA for more than 50 years! The annual North Oaks Guild II Rummage Sale began in 1998, and while there were other fundraisers conducted during the Guild’s early years, the rummage sale has provided an excellent source of financial support in addition to serving the North Oaks community in reusing and repurposing unwanted items and supporting local charities.

This groups enjoys telling the story of a “perfect circle” — people clean their homes and businesses of unwanted items which they donate to the annual North Oaks Guild II Rummage Sale; the guild cleans and “spiffs” things up to be sold to folks who want these items; proceeds from the sale are donated to Children’s Hospital Association to support programs and services at Children’s Minnesota; items that are left after the sale are donated to local charities for distribution to individuals with great needs – a “perfect circle.” North Oaks Guild II has made cumulative donations over $3 million to Children’s Hospital Association over its 50 years.
